Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique commonly referred to as “tapping.” EFT is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It's a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments but without the invasiveness of needles. Instead, simple tapping with the fingertips is used on specific meridians on the head, face, hand and chest while you think about your specific problem — this can be a traumatic event, an addiction, pain, etc.

EFT is often used to change negative feelings, reduce distressing and/or self-limiting thoughts, to alter repetitive unwanted behaviours and is even effective for working with and resolving traumatic memories. It is also used to create positive emotional states, achieve desired goals and reach higher states of health, well-being and resilience. The recipient remains fully clothed and sits on a chair mirroring Jennifer’s actions as she taps on the particular meridian points and states relevant words or phrases according to the recipients emotions. Sessions lasts one hour

Benefits reported by recipients include release of heavy energy, emotional trauma released, physical pain relief, difficult childhood memories are more manageable, released shock, phobias ceased, balance and harmony
