I will deliver my 6 week Self Love course online on 17th September for 6 weeks then again in October 2020
If you are tired of things not changing, repeating the same lessons, getting caught up in unhelpful patterns or conditioning like people pleasing then this may be the course for you!
However, it does require your commitment each week and I have added home-work which I call Love-work to instil consistency and bring forth your new potential
Its easy to get caught up in old habits, but this helps you to remain in your comfort zone and choose easy options rather than expanding yourself and I am all about expansion!

Life can be managed if we manage ourselves well, otherwise people will manage us!
True change happens when we acknowledge all aspect of ourselves, if I can do it, so can you!
