The memories or experiences you choose to give attention to can create disharmony in your reality.
Fear can overcome you and make you feel you can't move forward.
There are two types of fear, Psychological fear and Actual fear
Psychological fear is what you THINK could happen, Actual fear is happening in the present moment, like being chased by a tiger or a person.
Your body will react the same to both, if you are repeating fearful anxious thoughts or experiences in your mind, that's why it is important to know what is actually occurring and what thoughts you are creating that is keeping your body in a state of fight, flight or freeze.
A way to help yourself is to look for evidence to support what your thinking to see if it is occurring right now or if it is an old memory coming up that wants to be released.
Journal all the thoughts and fears and where it is being held in your body and be willing to let the old energy release itself, this may come in the form of tears or waves of deep sighs or breaths, bringing peace or relief.
I support my clients through limiting beliefs, fears, anxieties, pain, PTSD, low self esteem and stress using EFT,
I offer EFT customised to your needs.
Know that you are not alone and that help is always available.
Love Jennifer
