Remember our emotions stem from our thoughts. We are always creating our own realities.
Negative thinking can slow down our desire for new things in our reality. We can sabotage ourselves by the way we think or believe about a situation. For instance, if you want to move into a new job but experienced fear in your current job, this may take longer to manifest until you own your emotions and feelings.
If you are a big analyser you may want to stay in control or control certain situations, these thoughts can take longer to shift and manifest depending on how much you are attached to a certain outcome.
In order for us to create a better reality you must let go of your current comfort zone, your old behaviours and old way of thinking.
Everyone has a different lens that they see life through, so we all perceive situations differently depending on our beliefs.
We all want to feel safe, comfortable, and protected yet most people are miserable with their current situations. If this is you, don't beat yourself up, you just fell into a comfort zone. The good news is you can do something about it now..
- Decide what changes you would like to make
- write down different ways of achieving them
- notice what feelings come up in your body when you are thinking about this, heaviness, fear, blaming others, doubt, the need to walk away and come back to do this exercise later (these are all classic signs of comfort zones) don't give up!
- notice what beliefs are stopping you from getting what you want
- question these beliefs, are they absolutely true?
- is there something you could do to change or accept these old beliefs?
- when we accept our past we allow ourselves to move forward.
- how determined are you to change?
- what thoughts does this bring up, write them down and see if they are old beliefs
- do you want to remain in the past or make a change to a better future?
- thoughts hold a frequency, each time we give in to negative thoughts we are enabling this negative frequency. Change the vibe by saying out loud " I choose a better thought "
- take action today on one of your changes you wish to have in your life
- this is one step towards you creating your new reality! well done
Thoughts and beliefs are only with us because of our past thinking and old ways, be kind to yourself and allow better choices into your life.
